I’m a graduated painter, but the truth is, I don’t care much for contemporary art. On the other hand, classic painting styles aren’t my thing, too, although I can admire them. I guess my passion lies in movies with traditional special effects, so I got involved in the next best thing: stop motion and puppet animation. However, over the years, I’ve developed another kind of admiration: the one for stylization. For some artists it comes quite naturally, like they are born with it, but I had to learn to appreciate it. It took me a while to develop any kind of stylization, especially within the boundaries of required tasks.
